Returns & Refunds Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all accessories (box, papers, certificates, etc.).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error or damage caused by SwissWatchFinder. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Because all our watches are vintage pieces, minor signs of age or wear are normal and not valid grounds for return. Items that have been opened or modified by a third party are not eligible for return.
